When we say that we will sleep more, it sounds easy, but actually, it is really hard. So, you should make some changes in your habits that can help improve the length and the quality of your sleep. We recommend you to try to use lavender essential oil.
Lavender for Sleep
Eleven years ago, researchers studied a group of nursing students who had problems with both depression and insomnia.
They monitored what would happen to their mood and the quality of their sleep when they were exposed to a lavender fragrance before going to bed for over a month. They found that self-satisfaction to sleep, the severity of insomnia, and the length of time taken to fall asleep were significantly improved!
In 2012, scientists from the University of Westminster in London bring together what researchers knew so far about the effect of lavender on mood and sleep quality. They confirmed that it was clear that lavender essential oil aromatherapy had a progressive effect on sleeping problems.

Linen spray with lavender essential oil
- 1/3 cup Vodka
- 10 drops Lavender essential oil
- 1 cup Distilled water
- Spray bottle
- Take an empty spray bottle and place ingredients inside the bottle.
