- 1 kilogram of apples
- Mineral water
- Three teaspoons of sugar
- A piece of cloth
- A large glass container
How to prepare it:
You need to thoroughly wash and peel the apples and then cut them into small pieces. Then, place them in the large glass container that you chose, and add the water and the sugar.
Cover the container with a piece of cloth and then hold it in place with a rubber band, or with a bottle cap. You can then leave this mixture to rest in a dark place, at temperatures between 15 and 26 degrees Celsius, for anywhere between five to six weeks. After that time, the apples will be fermented. Remove the liquid and then pour it into another glass jar and leave it there for three more days.
After three days you can try the vinegar to see if it tastes good, or if the acidity is right. If everything is okay, you can start using it as you please.
