Coconut water kefir is an extremely helpful drink rich in electrolytes, minerals, and vitamins. It is abundant in vitamins A, B6, C, E, K, folates, beta-carotene, Niacin, Thiamin, pantothenic acid, and Riboflavin.
This beverage does not include casein or lactose, therefore it is even healthier than regular kefir, because these ingredients are the ones that cause the biggest problems.

- 5 tbsp. of water kefir grains
- 7 cups fresh of coconut water
- 1 Ceylon cinnamon stick
Start by putting the coconut water in a ½ gallon container and after that adding the water kefir grains.
Cover the container loosely and let it sit for a period of 48 hours. Remember that if you leave it to sit longer, you can trigger an explosion, as a consequence of the fermentation that is going to occur.
After it is fermented, it is going to get a lighter color. At the end of the culturing process, the kefir grains are going to raise till the top, and should eliminate them.
