Boil the water and slice the apple into small pieces, without removing the skin. Add in the boiling water and cover the container. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve in a cup and enjoy. We recommend consuming this infusion against reflux 3 times a day.

- 1 glass of warm water of 200 ml
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
Add the baking soda into the glass of warm water and mix well. Drink once a day.

- 1 small piece of fresh ginger root
- 1 cup of water of 250 ml
Boil the water and while it is hot, slice a ginger root into small pieces. Pour the pieces in the boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes.
Strain and if you wish, you can add a few drops of lemon and honey to improve the flavor. We recommend you to drink this tea once a day.
