Look at the plan:

Day 1

Breakfast: 1 cup of oats with seeds, almonds or berries or 3 boiled eggs.

Snack: 1 bowl of nuts. Lunch: chicken breast with cooked butternut squash, beets, almonds, parsnips, beans and carrots.

Dinner: boiled fish with broccoli or mushrooms.

Day 2

Breakfast: You should eat three scrambled eggs with spinach or one cup of steel cut oats with seeds and berries or almonds.

Snack is the same but lower the number of nuts.

Lunch: grilled zucchini with yellow or red peppers and lemon and red or green cabbage salad with chopped parsley, carrots, olive oil and lemon.

Dinner: steamed green veggies and baked cod or bean soup.

Day 3

Breakfast: omelet with 3 eggs, shrimp, sautéed kale, radish and a salad from walnut or one cup of steel cut oats with almonds, seeds and berries.

Snack: the same.

Lunch: roasted chicken thighs with sage, rosemary and lemon or oven roasted chicken with onion, black olives and thyme.

Dinner: mushrooms with carrots, garlic, bay leaves, onion and celery or brown rice with basil, mushroom and tomato meat sauce.

You should replace your sugary drinks with these alternatives:

Detox water – Chop any fruit you want (oranges, blueberries, grapefruits or strawberries) and add fresh mint or rosemary together with your chopped fruit into a jar with water and mix it well.

Tea – You should drink green or herbal tea without sweeteners 3 times daily.

Coffee – You can drink one cup of black tea without sweeteners on a daily basis.
